´Kita´ which is derived from the Swahili word ´Kitabu´ means knowledge. "Kita tree" (knowledge tree) is a new initiative which aims at reinforcing the habit of reading, and stimulating greater reading achievements in children. This concept has been established to increase the vocabulary base of children and improve upon their writing and analytical skills. We are a team of young professionals committed to developing the cognitive ability of children through habitual reading.

How the club works

 

In achieving this goal, we will make available a carefully selected list of story books reasonably priced and categorized to suit the appropriate age group. These books are organized in a catalogue with a brief description of the story under each book.
